Cabinet manufacturer, millwork contractor, sub-trade: how we work with the trade

01/trade/interior-designers

Interior designers

Cabinets for interior designers, built from your drawings. We engineer them, send shop drawings back for sign-off and install to your detail. Your client stays your client.

02/trade/multi-family

Multi-family builders

Multi-family cabinets across Alberta: condo kitchen cabinets, townhome and rental packages, secondary suites. Same boxes, same hardware, same parts list for every unit type, delivered in phases that match your schedule.

03Sub-trade

Contractors and renovators

Looking for a millwork contractor or a cabinet supplier for builders in Edmonton who shows up when it says it will and holds the quoted price? We take kitchens, vanities, closets and built-ins as a sub-trade on your project.

DWG-034.03 · Why in house
Why in house

We make the boxes ourselves, so we control the details

Every cabinet is cut on our own CNC and edge-banded on our own machine in Edmonton. That means we can change a carcass depth by 20 mm for a tight wall, match a filler to a heated floor or reproduce one unit type forty times without a supplier's catalogue getting in the way.

We use European panels and hardware we know well: Egger and Uniboard boards, Blum hinges and drawer systems, Richelieu and AGT for accessories and fronts, and Fenix NTM where a matte, fingerprint-resistant surface makes sense.

  • 18 mm panel boxes, edge-banded on all visible edges
  • Blum soft-close hinges and drawers as standard
  • Shop drawings issued before anything is cut
  • Our own installers, not day labour

Trade questions

01What does a cabinet manufacturer in Edmonton charge the trade?+

It depends on volume, finishes and how complete your drawings are. We don't publish trade rates; our retail anchors run from about $380 per linear foot (melamine) to $820 (solid wood), CAD before GST. Email office@borealkitchens.ca for trade pricing.

02Do you publish trade discounts?+

No. Trade pricing depends on volume, finishes and how complete the drawing set is. Email office@borealkitchens.ca and we'll quote your project.

03Do you do plumbing, electrical or drywall?+

No. We're a cabinetry shop. We coordinate with your licensed trades or the general contractor so rough-ins, panels and appliances line up with the cabinets.

04Do you work outside Edmonton?+

Yes, across Alberta. The Edmonton metro area is our core area. Travel and delivery farther out are quoted per project.

05Can we visit and see samples?+

Yes, by appointment at 15454 131 Ave NW. You can see panels, edges, hardware and work in progress.

06Are you licensed and insured?+

City of Edmonton business licence 9919234, $2,000,000 CGL insurance and WCB coverage. Certificates are available on request for your project file.
