Bathroom renovation questions
01How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Edmonton?+

02Are you a general contractor?+
No. We are a cabinetry company. We build and install the cabinetry and coordinate licensed partner trades for the rest. Each partner holds their own licence and insurance.
03Who pulls the permits?+
Plumbing and electrical permits are taken out by the licensed partner doing that work, under their own licence.
04Who warranties the tile and plumbing?+
The partner who did it, under their warranty. Boreal's warranty covers the cabinetry, tops, hardware and our installation.
05Can I use my own plumber or tiler?+
Yes. We'll share the drawings and work to their schedule.
06Is the partner trades number in the estimator a quote?+
No. It is a planning range so you can budget. The partner's written quote after a site visit is the real number.
