Our custom kitchen process, from first call to handover
- 01
1. Request and first call
Send the quote form, leave your WhatsApp number or call us. We reply within one business day, ask about the room, style, timing and budget, and give a first range if you have rough sizes.
- 02
2. Paid on-site measure
We measure every wall, ceiling and opening, note plumbing, electrical and vent locations, check floors for level, and bring door and countertop samples. The measure fee is credited to your order.
- 03
3. 3D design and quote
Our designer builds a 3D model and a line-by-line quote. You get revisions until the layout, materials and price are right.
- 04
4. Contract and 30% deposit
You approve the final drawings and sign. The 30% deposit books your production slot and orders materials. Once production starts, the deposit is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- 05
5. Production
Panels are cut on our CNC, edged on our edge-bander, drilled and assembled with Blum hardware. Doors are pressed, painted or veneered depending on your finish.
- 06
6. Delivery and installation
We deliver, protect your floors and install: levelling, fastening to studs, scribing fillers and panels, adjusting doors and drawers. The 40% payment is due when production is complete, before delivery. Stone countertops are templated after cabinets are in and fitted 1 to 3 weeks later.
- 07
7. Walkthrough and handover
We walk through every door, drawer and panel with you, fix anything on the list, and hand over care notes and your written warranty. The final 30% is due after the walkthrough.
Kitchen cabinet deposit and payments: three, each tied to a step

Kitchen cabinet installation and other trades: who does what
We are a cabinetry company. We don't do plumbing, electrical, gas or drywall. We coordinate licensed partner trades, or work with the trades you already have, and plan the sequence so nobody waits on anyone.
- Rough-in changes happen before cabinets arrive
- Sink and cooktop hook-ups happen after countertops
- Backsplash tile goes in after the top is set
- We share drawings with every trade on the job

Questions about the kitchen renovation timeline
01How long does a custom kitchen take from start to finish?+
Plan on 8 to 12 weeks from the first call: about 1 to 2 weeks for measure and design, 3 to 5 weeks of production, 2 to 8 days of installation, and 1 to 3 weeks more for a stone countertop. Decisions made quickly keep it at the short end.
02Can I change the design after signing?+
Small changes are usually possible before production starts. After panels are cut, changes may affect price and timing, and we confirm both in writing first.
03Can I use my kitchen during installation?+
Usually not for most of the install. We help you plan a temporary kitchen and tell you which days the water will be off.
04What can delay a project?+
Mostly decisions made late, other trades running behind, or a supplier delay on special materials. We tell you as soon as we know.
05Do you remove the old cabinets?+
Yes, if you want. Removal and disposal is a separate line in the quote.
