The role
A renovation project manager job with sales built in
Clients choose us because we're reachable and we keep to the schedule and the budget. This role is where that promise is kept. You'll answer new enquiries, book measures, prepare quotes with the designer, and run each project once it's signed.
You'll also handle builders and interior designers in our trade program, and coordinate licensed partner trades for plumbing, electrical and gas.

Prepare quotes
Build clear, itemised quotes with the designer and walk clients through them.

Plan design, production, delivery and install dates, and keep them current.

Coordinate trades
Book countertop templating, plumbers, electricians and other partners.
05Comms
Keep clients informed
Weekly updates, change orders in writing, problems raised early.
06Handover
Close out
Final walkthrough, deficiency list, final invoice, review request.

Requirements
What we're looking for
Experience in sales or project management in renovation, cabinetry, millwork or construction.
- Comfortable presenting prices and closing without pressure
- Organised with schedules, budgets and many open projects
- Clear writer: quotes, emails and change orders
- Understand how a renovation sequence works on site
- Driver's licence and legally able to work in Canada
