Many West Lethbridge homes from the 1970s to 1990s have a U-shaped kitchen boxed in by a wall to the dining room. We redesign it around an island or peninsula, add a tall pantry and deep drawers, and plan for stone. Cabinets run from about $380 per linear foot in melamine to $820 in solid wood, with most kitchens between $20,000 and $60,000+ (CAD, before GST). Travel is quoted individually and the final price comes after the measure.
Lethbridge splits across the Oldman River valley. The older east side has character houses and post-war bungalows in areas like London Road, while West Lethbridge, near the university, is mostly homes built from the 1970s onward, with newer subdivisions still filling in. Matte surfaces such as Fenix NTM and quality laminates hold colour well. Painted and wood finishes can still work with the right placement. We will mark sun exposure on the plan and talk through options.
