Original bathrooms in Devon's post-war houses are compact, so a custom vanity sized to the exact wall, with drawers notched around the drain, makes more of the space than a stock cabinet. In newer ensuites, a double vanity with a linen tower is a common choice. Single 30-inch vanities start around $1,800 and double 72-inch units run up to about $6,500, plus the top, CAD before GST. We install the cabinet and coordinate a licensed plumber for the sink and taps.
Devon was built in 1948 as a planned town for workers after the Leduc No. 1 oil discovery, and named after the Devonian rock formation the oil came from. Its oldest streets still have compact post-war bungalows, joined over the decades by split-levels, newer subdivisions along the North Saskatchewan River valley and acreages in the surrounding county.
Width in feet: 2.5 ft is 30", 4 ft is 48", 6 ft is 72". The range includes install; the plumber's reconnection is separate.
The most requested floating vanity in Edmonton ensuites: hung on a steel rail or blocking in the wall, 6–10" off the floor. Easier to clean under and makes small bathrooms look bigger. Needs solid backing, which we check at the measure.
+$350
More storage depth at the bottom and no wall blocking needed. The usual choice for kids' bathrooms and heavy stone tops.

Yes. Devon is part of our core Edmonton-metro area. Send us your address and we'll book a measure.
If any travel cost applies, it is itemized in your quote before you sign.
If your cabinet boxes are solid and you're happy with the layout, refacing is usually faster, less disruptive and about 40 to 60% of the cost of new. If you want to move things around or the boxes are damaged, a new custom kitchen makes more sense. We'll give you an honest recommendation after we measure.
Send the room size and a few photos. We reply within one business day.
